Easy Bacon and Cheese Quiche

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Single pie crust

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 8 oz bacon cooked & crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 single pie crust

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Fry bacon in a pan and crumble into small pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl whisk together eggs, half & half, salt & pepper.
  • Spread bacon and cheeses in the pie crust evenly.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the top of the bacon and cheeses.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let stand for 5-10 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
  • Cover and store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
