1 Single pie crust
- 4 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 cup half & half
- 8 oz bacon cooked & crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 single pie crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Fry bacon in a pan and crumble into small pieces.
In a mixing bowl whisk together eggs, half & half, salt & pepper.
Spread bacon and cheeses in the pie crust evenly.
Pour the egg mixture over the top of the bacon and cheeses.
Bake for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let stand for 5-10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
Cover and store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
