Mango Hot Pepper Sauce
This Mango Hot Pepper Sauce combines both sweet and heat, a perfect combination. A nice citrusy taste at first and then the heat sets in! Wowzer!

- 8 habaneros washed, sliced in half
- 4 Carolina Reapers washed, sliced in half
- 4 jalapeños washed, sliced in half
- 1/2 vidalia onion
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 6 oz pineapple mango juice or pineapple juice small can
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 mangos peeled and cut
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
On a large baking sheet lined with non-stick foil, add habaneros, Carolina Reapers, jalapeños, onion and garlic.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Add peppers, onion, garlic, white vinegar, pineapple mango juice, lime juice, water, mangos, salt and paprika to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into sterilized bottles, mason jars, or air tight containers.
Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 months. Discard if sauce smells bad or has signs of molding.
