Frankenstein's Margarita
Check out Frankenstein's Margarita! It's filled with tequila, blue curaçao, lime and pineapple juices to create this festive, green Halloween drink.
Equipment
- stemless wine glass (16 oz)
- Cocktail Shaker
Ingredients
- 3 oz tequila silver, blanco
- 2 oz lime juice fresh squeezed
- 6 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz blue curaçao
- black and white salt to rim the glass
- lime slice for garnish
Instructions
- Take a lime wedge and rub it around the outside of the glass. Dip glass into a mixture of black and white salt.
- Fill the prepared glass with ice.
- Add tequila, lime juice and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Add blue curaçao a little at a time and stir until desired green color is achieved.
- Strain into prepared glass.
