Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 12 egg roll wrappers

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl add softened cream cheese, blue cheese, cheddar cheese and Buffalo sauce and mix well.
  • Add chicken and green onions and mix until combined.
  • Lay egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of chicken mixture.
  • Fold bottom corner up, fold in sides, dampen top corner with warm water, close the top and seal the egg roll.
  • Repeat for 12 egg rolls.
  • Preheat air fryer to 370 degrees.
  • Spray air fryer basket with olive oil spray and place the egg rolls in the basket, making sure not to crowd.
  • Spray tops of the egg rolls and fry for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool for 2 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
