- 1 cup mango frozen
- 1 cup pineapple frozen
- 1 banana
- 1 cup skim milk
- 3 tbsp low fat vanilla yogurt
Add the banana, pineapple, mango, milk and yogurt to a blender.
Start blender on low, increase speed as fruit blends in. Once mixed blend on high for 30 seconds.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
