Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mango frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple frozen
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 3 tbsp low fat vanilla yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Add the banana, pineapple, mango, milk and yogurt to a blender.
  • Start blender on low, increase speed as fruit blends in. Once mixed blend on high for 30 seconds.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
