Simple & Delicious Graham Cracker Bars

Equipment

  • large baking sheet 11x17 inches
  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a large baking sheet pan with parchment paper. Make sure the paper goes slightly over the edges of the pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, condensed milk, and chocolate chips. Mix together with a large spoon.
  • Pour onto the parchment lined pan. With wet hands press mixture down into the pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are starting to turn golden brown. For chewier bars, cook for about 20-22 minutes. For crunchier bars, cook until the top turns golden brown, 23-25 minutes.
  • Let cool for at least 15-20 minutes before cutting. To speed up the process, place the bars in the refrigerator.
  • Use a sharp knife to cut the bars into neat squares or rectangles.
  • Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
  • Serve and enjoy!

For a 9x13 pan

  • Use 4 cups of graham crackers, 2 cans of condensed milk, and 2 cups of chocolate chips.
