Heavenly Chocolate Lasagna
This Heavenly Chocolate Lasagna is a great no-bake dessert that is perfect any time of the year! Creamy layers of Cool Whip, chocolate pudding and cream cheese sit atop a delicious Oreo crust.

- 36 Oreos crushed, fine crumbs
- 6 tbsp butter melted
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2, 8 oz packages Cool Whip softened
- 2, 3.9 oz packages instant chocolate pudding
- 3.5 cups milk
- mini chocolate chips, Oreo cookie crumbs, sprinkles, etc. for the top
Use a food processor or add Oreos to a bag and use a rolling pin to crush into fine crumbs. Add to a mixing bowl.
Melt butter and add to the Oreo crumbs. Mix well.
Press mixture into a 9x13 inch pan. Place pan into the freezer for 10 minutes.
Using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar and pure vanilla extract until creamy. Add one package of Cool Whip and beat until combined. Spread over the Oreo layer.
Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat milk and chocolate pudding together until thick and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Spread pudding over the cream cheese layer.
Freeze for 15 minutes or until set.
Spread the other package of Cool Whip over the pudding layer, top with mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, Oreo crumbs, etc.
Place in the freezer for at least one hour.
Cut into squares.
Serve and enjoy!
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
