Nutter Butter Cookie Ghosts

Add these delicious no-bake Nutter Butter Cookie Ghosts to your Halloween dessert table. They are super cute and so easy to make!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Family size package of Nutter Butter Cookies
  • 1 container Dolci Frutta White Melting Wafers
  • 48 mini-chocolate chips for the eyes

Instructions
 

  • Melt the white chocolate wafers according to package directions. If using regular melting wafters, place them in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30 second intervals stirring until smooth. Or use a double boiler, stirring until smooth. If you find the chocolate is too thick, stir in 1 teaspoon of vegetable shortening until the desired consistency is achieved.
  • Carefully dip one side of each Nutter Butter cookie into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  • Place the coated cookies on parchment paper.
  • Drop on two mini-chocolate chips for the eyes.
  • Let cookies set for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
  • To store, place cookies in an airtight container. Place wax paper between layers. To freeze, place cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Place wax paper between layers.
