Corned Beef Cheese Ball
A twist on the classic cheese ball, this Corned Beef Cheese Ball has a creamy, salty, nutty flavor that is sure to please all your guests!

- 4 oz corned beef finely chopped
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Swiss cheese shredded
- 1/3 cup pecans finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- crackers, pretzels, cracker sticks
Finely chop corned beef, green onions, pecans and parsley. Place in bowls and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, garlic powder and fresh ground pepper. Use a hand mixer or spoon and mix until combined.
Add the corned beef, sharp cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese and green onions and mix until combined.
Use a spoon to gather up the ingredients and use your hands to shape mixture into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Mix together the pecans and fresh parsley, unwrap the cheese ball and roll into the nut mixture coating completely.
Serve with crackers, pretzels, cracker sticks, etc.
