A twist on the classic cheese ball, this Corned Beef Cheese Ball has a creamy, salty, nutty flavor that is sure to please all your guests!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz corned beef finely chopped
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cup pecans finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • crackers, pretzels, cracker sticks

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop corned beef, green onions, pecans and parsley. Place in bowls and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, garlic powder and fresh ground pepper. Use a hand mixer or spoon and mix until combined.
  • Add the corned beef, sharp cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese and green onions and mix until combined.
  • Use a spoon to gather up the ingredients and use your hands to shape mixture into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. 
  • Mix together the pecans and fresh parsley, unwrap the cheese ball and roll into the nut mixture coating completely.
  • Serve with crackers, pretzels, cracker sticks, etc.
