St. Patrick's Day Mimosa
Start offf your day with this bright green St. Patrick's Day Mimosa. Add a little blue Curaçao to the traditional mimosa, stir, sip and enjoy!
Equipment
- large champagne flute
Ingredients
- 4-6 oz orange juice depending on the size of the flute
- .5 oz Blue Curaçao
- champagne or prosecco to top, about 3-4 oz
- corn syrup or simple syrup for the rim
- St. Patrick's Day nonpareils or green sparkling sugar for the rim
Instructions
- Rim a chilled champagne flute with corn syrup or simple sugar and dip into St. Patrick's Day nonpareils or green sparkling sugar.
- Add orange juice and blue Curaçao and top with champagne.
- Stir slightly, until bright green.
- Serve and enjoy!
