Easy Tuna Tartare with Wonton Bowls
These easy tuna tartare in wonton bowls appetizer is a crowd pleaser that is easy to pull off and sure to impress your guests.

- 1 lb Sushi grade tuna, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
- 3 Green onions, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger peeled and grated about a 1 inch piece
- 1/2 Cucumber, diced
- 1 Lime juiced and zested
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp Fresh ground pepper
- 1 tsp Sriracha optional
- 1 pack Wonton wrappers
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Brush both sides of the wonton wraps with olive oil and place in mini muffin pan.
Bake for 6-8 minutes until tops of wraps are brown and crisp.
Sprinkle wontons with salt and set on cooling rack.
Cut the tuna into 1/4 inch cubes, set aside.
Dice cucumber and set aside.
Combine tuna, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper and salt in bowl. Mix together.
Just before serving add, cucumbers, lime juice and zest and combine.
Spoon tuna into each wonton bowl and serve.
