Simple Coconut Kisses
These Simple Coconut Kisses are perfect for Christmas or Valentine's Day. Chewy on the outside and bursting with sweet coconut. Topped off with a kiss!

- 6 cups sweetened coconut
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 bag Hershey's Kisses
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line two baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix coconut, condensed milk and vanilla together.
Using wet hands, squeeze into 2 inch balls. Place on baking sheet.
Bake for 6-8 minutes or until edges start to turn lightly brown.
Remove from oven and let cool for 1-2 minutes on the baking sheet. Lightly press Hershey's Kiss into the center of each cookie. Cool for about 3 minutes more. Remove from the cookie sheet and move to a wire rack. Cool completely.
Serve and enjoy!
These cookies freeze well. To freeze: Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Place wax paper between layers.
