Tequila Lime Beef Fajitas

Here's a new twist for "Taco Tuesday" these grilled tequila lime beef fajitas are a huge hit in our house and great when having a few friends over.

- 1/4 cup Tequila
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Bunch Cilantro (roughly chopped)
- 3 Clove Garlic (chopped)
- 2 Limes (just the juice)
- 1 1/2 lbs. Flat Iron Steak (flank or skirt will work also)
Chop the garlic
Roughly chop the cilantro
Squeeze the juice of the limes into bowl, add rest of marinade ingredients and whisk
Place beef in non-reactive dish
Pour marinade over beef
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
