Tequila Lime Beef Fajitas

Here's a new twist for "Taco Tuesday" these grilled tequila lime beef fajitas are a huge hit in our house and great when having a few friends over.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Tequila
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Bunch Cilantro (roughly chopped)
  • 3 Clove Garlic (chopped)
  • 2 Limes (just the juice)
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Flat Iron Steak (flank or skirt will work also)

Instructions
 

  • Chop the garlic
  • Roughly chop the cilantro
  • Squeeze the juice of the limes into bowl, add rest of marinade ingredients and whisk
  • Place beef in non-reactive dish
  • Pour marinade over beef
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
