Easy Cream Cheese Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese 1 package softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray bread loaf pan generously with baking spray with flour. Set aside.
  • In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and pure vanilla extract.
  • Beat in bananas and eggs until combined.
  • Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and beat until just moistened.
  • Pour into prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. If bread loaf is browning too quickly, place a piece of foil over the top.
  • Remove from oven. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan. Remove and place on a wire rack.
  • Serve plain, with butter or additional cream cheese. Enjoy!
