- 1 Ib Uncooked Peeled and Deveined Shrimp
- Olive Oil Spray
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Cornstarch
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha
- 1 Lime Zest of 1 Lime
Shrimp Coating
Set up a 3 bowl assembly line.
Add flour to 1st bowl.
Add eggs to 2nd bowl and whisk.
Add cornstarch, panko bread crumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder to 3rd bowl and mix thoroughly.
Coat shrimp in flour, then dip in egg wash, then in bread crumbs (work in small batches).
Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees and spray basket with olive oil spray.
Add shrimp to air fryer, with space between them. Don't over crowd.
Cook for 4 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
