Light, creamy and fluffy with that little tang from the cream cheese, this frosting can be whipped up in just a few minutes. If you are short on time and need a quick and tasty topping then this frosting is perfect for you!
Any flavor can be added. The most popular being vanilla extract. However, you can change the taste to compliment the many different desserts by simply adding different extracts or flavorings. Making something lemon and need a great frosting? Add lemon extract. Need a frosting that goes well with apples and cinnamon? Just add a little cinnamon. Coconut? Add some coconut extract. It’s so versatile!
In addition, you can whip up a batch and serve it as a topping for fruit platters. It makes a great fruit dip!

Easy Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting-Ingredients
Pure vanilla extract, powdered sugar, heavy whipping cream, cream cheese.
Instructions
Beat cream cheese until there are no lumps, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat.
Slowly add in heavy whipping cream and continue to beat until light, fluffy and stiff peaks form.
Frosting will stick to the beater!
Add to a piping bag (if piping on cupcakes or cake), or use a flat knife for spreading on your cake or cake bars.

- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream 1 pint

- Beat cream cheese until there are no lumps, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat.
- Slowly add in heavy whipping cream and continue to beat until light, fluffy and stiff peaks form.
- Add to a piping bag (if piping on cupcakes or cake), or use a flat knife for spreading.
- This frosting must be refrigerated.
