- Use a food processor or add Oreos to a bag and use a rolling pin to crush into fine crumbs. Add to a mixing bowl.
- Melt butter and add to the Oreo crumbs. Mix well.

- Using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar and pure vanilla extract until creamy. Add one package of Cool Whip and beat until combined. Spread over the Oreo layer.

- Freeze for 15 minutes or until set.
