Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri
Summer is calling! There is nothing better than a Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri to start your weekend off right! Frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, lime juice, simple sugar and white rum makes this daiquiri so refreshing!

- Blender
- Hurricane glass
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 oz white rum
- 2 tbsp simple syrup
- 1 tsp lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine pineapple, pineapple juice, white rum, simple syrup, lime juice and ice.
- Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Pour into a hurricane glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.
