This Oreo Cream Cheese Ball is an impressive, no-bake dessert that is so rich, creamy and addictive you may need to make two for your holiday dessert table!

Equipment

  • Food processor or mini chopper
  • hand mixer
  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Oreos finely chopped
  • 1 package cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1-2 cups white chocolate chips one package

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor or mini chopper, finely chop Oreos.
  • If using a food processor, add cream cheese, pure vanilla extract and blend together. If you do not have a food processor, use a hand mixer and beat Oreos, cream cheese and pure vanilla extract until creamy.
  • Gather up mixture and place onto a piece of plastic wrap. Use the plastic wrap to mold into a ball.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Once chilled, roll the ball into the white chocolate chips to coat the outside. Press chips in the ball as needed to cover.
  • Serve with vanilla wafers, cannoli chips, pretzels, graham crackers, chocolate wafers, crackers, or Oreos.
  • Enjoy!
  • Place in an airtight container or wrap well with plastic wrap for up to one week.
