Grilled Parmesan Potato Wedges

A great alternative to a baked potato to go with your steak or burgers.

- 6 Potatoes
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (or more)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Chopped Parsley (or other fresh herb)
- 1 tbsp Kosher Salt (or more to taste)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (more is ok)
Slice potatoes into wedges and boil for 5 minutes
Drain potatoes and place in bowl
Combine salt, pepper & garlic powder and sprinkle over wedges
Add olive oil and mix thoroughly
Grill wedges for 10 minutes turning every 2-3 minutes
Remove from grill, add parmesan cheese & fresh parsley
Serve immediately
