2-Minute Oreo Cake
This 2-Minute Oreo Cake is rich, easy and elegant. It's the perfect dessert when you are craving something sweet and don't want to spend hours in the kitchen!

- 4 Oreo cookies
- ¼ milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- ½ baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- Whipped cream, ice cream and chocolate sauce to top
Add Oreos to a microwave safe bowl. Use a fork to crush the Oreos into small pieces.
Add milk, sugar, flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, vanilla and a pinch of salt and mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Microwave for 50-60 minutes or until the top is slightly firm but still moist. Insert a toothpick into the center, it should come out with a few moist crumbs on it. Microwave in 10 second intervals until done.
If desired add whipped cream, ice cream, and/or toppings.
