2-Minute Oreo Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Oreo cookies
  • ¼ milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • ½ baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream, ice cream and chocolate sauce to top

Instructions
 

  • Add Oreos to a microwave safe bowl. Use a fork to crush the Oreos into small pieces.
  • Add milk, sugar, flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, vanilla and a pinch of salt and mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Microwave for 50-60 minutes or until the top is slightly firm but still moist. Insert a toothpick into the center, it should come out with a few moist crumbs on it. Microwave in 10 second intervals until done.
  • If desired add whipped cream, ice cream, and/or toppings.
  • Serve and enjoy!
