Season and cook the carne asada. Set aside. Find our recipe here.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Spread the tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Slightly overlapping the chips.
Bake for about 5 minutes to ensure extra crunchy chips.
Sprinkle cheeses over the top making sure to coat every chip.
Put chips back into the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until all the cheese is melted and bubbly.
If desired sprinkle/add toppings directly on the nachos or place in bowls on the side.
Serve immediately.
