Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 2 peaches pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries cut the stems off
  • 1 cup skim milk any milk will do
  • 1/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Add fruit, milk and yogurt to the blender.
  • Start blender on low, once fruit becomes blended turn to high and continue for 30 seconds.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
