- 1 banana
- 2 peaches pitted and sliced
- 1 cup strawberries cut the stems off
- 1 cup skim milk any milk will do
- 1/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
Add fruit, milk and yogurt to the blender.
Start blender on low, once fruit becomes blended turn to high and continue for 30 seconds.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
