Ingredients

1.5 oz Irish Cream Bailey's Irish Cream
1.5 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
1.5 oz Cinnamon Whiskey Fireball or Goldschlager (cinnamon schnapps)
2.5 oz heavy cream

Instructions

Dip the rim of a glass in simple syrup, then coat with a cinnamon-sugar topping. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Irish cream, butterscotch schnapps, cinnamon whiskey and heavy cream.
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until very cold.
Strain into prepared class.
Add a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
Serve and enjoy!
