Serving Suggestions

  • Serve in a lowball glass with or without ice to appreciate its rich color and aromas fully.
  • Serve in a coup or martini glass for a touch of elegance.
  • Experiment with different rims: rim the glass with a crushed up oatmeal cookie for a unique and fun twist.
  • Don’t forget to garnish your glass! Consider adding a cinnamon stick or an oatmeal cookie as a garnish for an extra touch of flair.

What color should my cocktail be?

Different brands of liqueurs have different color variations, so depending on what you choose it will affect the color of your cocktail. For example, some Irish creams are white while others may be more beige or brown in color. Some butterscotch schnapps brands are clear in color while others are more golden brown. Lastly, many cinnamon schnapps are red in color while some may be clear (Goldschlager). If you don’t want your cocktail to have tinges of red then opt for a clear cinnamon schnapps (Goldschlager). Your oatmeal cookie cocktail may turn out white, golden brown or oat colored, however, the flavor will remain the same. Delicious!
