Roasted Red Pepper Dip

- 1 jar roasted red peppers about 15 oz, drained
- 2 cloves garlic minced or crushed
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Add the roasted red peppers, garlic, cream cheese, lime juice, fresh basil, salt and pepper to the blender.
Blend on high for about 1 minute or until all the ingredients are combined.
Pour into a bowl or a storage container.
Refrigerate for at least one hour.
Serve with pita chips, crackers, chips, etc.
