Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups strawberries washed, sliced/diced
  • 2 cups blueberries washed
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 graham cracker crust 9-inch, Keebler Ready Crust
  • whipped cream for the top

Instructions
 

  • In a large saucepan, whisk together sugar, cornstarch and water until smooth.
  • Add 1 cup of strawberries, 1 cup blueberries and lemon juice.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat, and stir until thickened about 5 minutes.
  • Once mixture starts to thicken, remove from heat, stir in the other half of berries and pour evenly into the pie crust.
  • Chill until set and firm, about 2-3 hours. Make this pie a day before serving for best results. 
  • Top with whipped cream if desired.
  • Slice and serve.
  • Enjoy!
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator, covered for up to 3-5 days.
