Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Spiced Rum
  • 2 oz Blue Curaçao
  • 4 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 splash Ginger Beer

Instructions
 

  • Fill a high ball or hurricane glass with ice.
  • Add spiced rum, blue curaçao and pineapple juice and stir.
  • Add a splash of ginger beer on the top.
  • Garnish with cherry, pineapple leaf or AirHead, cut into a fin shape.
