Classic Mint Julep
Perfect for the Kentucky Derby or any warm day, this classic mint julep is made from Kentucky Bourbon, mint, simple syrup and crushed ice. This iconic drink is sure to please.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Kentucky Bourbon
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 6-8 Mint Sprigs
Instructions
- Combine syrup and mint in a glass and gently muddle
- Add crushed ice, then Bourbon and mix
- Garnish with sprig of mint and a straw
