Quick Prep Meatloaf

This Quick Prep Meatloaf takes only five minutes to mix up and is super moist and delicious! Unlike most dense meatloafs, this one is light and will leave you wanting more!

  • Meatloaf pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup divided
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tsp fresh parsley chopped fine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl add ground beef, bread crumbs, 1/2 a can cream of mushroom soup, egg, parsley, salt and pepper. Use your hands and mix well.
  • Place the mixed ingredients in the meatloaf pan and push into the edges of the pan.
  • Spread remaining 1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup over the top of the meatloaf.
  • Bake for 1 hour. Let cool for 15 minutes. Cut, serve and enjoy!
