Vanilla Icing for Iced Oatmeal Cookies

- Medium sized mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp butter softened
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Using a hand mixer, beat the softened butter until smooth
- Add powdered sugar and milk and beat until smooth
- Add vanilla and beat until combined
- If too thick add a 1 tbsp. of milk at a time and beat until you get the right consistency
- Ice cookies and let dry
