Easy Loaded Potato Rounds

- 4 Medium Baking potatoes
- 8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 Slices Crisp Bacon
Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch rounds.
Coat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place potatoes on grill at medium high heat for 5-7 minutes.
Flip potatoes and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Add cheese and cook till melted (1-2 minutes).
Remove potatoes from grill. Add sour cream and bacon.
Serve and enjoy!
