Easy Loaded Potato Rounds

Easy, creamy, delicious goodness with that touch of char from the grill. These Loaded Potato Rounds are a great appetizer or side!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Medium Baking potatoes
  • 8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 Slices Crisp Bacon

Instructions
 

  • Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch rounds.
  • Coat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place potatoes on grill at medium high heat for 5-7 minutes.
  • Flip potatoes and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  • Add cheese and cook till melted (1-2 minutes).
  • Remove potatoes from grill. Add sour cream and bacon.
  • Serve and enjoy!
