- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 Ripe Pear
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Skim Milk
- 2 tbsp Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt (heaping tablespoons)
Add milk, yogurt and fruit to a blender.
Start blender on low. Once mixed, switch to high and blend for an additional 30 seconds.
Pour into two glasses.
