Baileys Mint Martini
This Baileys Mint Martini combines Baileys Irish Cream, Crème de Menthe and Créme de Cacao to create one deliciously festive cocktail. Perfect for Christmas or St. Patrick's Day!
Equipment
- Martini or coup glass
- Cocktail Shaker
- Strainer
Ingredients
- 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 oz Crème de Menthe
- 1 oz Crème de Cacao or Cacao
- 2 oz Heavy cream or half and half
Instructions
- Place a martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes to chill thoroughly.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Baileys, Crème de Menthe, Crème de Cacao and heavy cream.
- Shake vigorously until chilled through.
- Strain into chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
