Cottontail Cocktail

Ingredients
1.5
oz
whipped cream vodka
2
oz
coconut rum
2
oz
half and half
1/2
oz
cream of coconut
splash of pineapple juice
marshmallow topping, sweetened shredded coconut and marshmallow
for the rim of the glass
Instructions
Add one teaspoon of marshmallow topping to a shallow dish. Rim the edge of a coup or martini glass with the marshmallow topping.
In another shallow dish, add sweetened coconut. Dip the rimed glass into the coconut.
Make a small cut in one marshmallow and place it on the edge of the glass.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add whipped vodka, coconut rum, half and half, cream of coconut and pineapple juice.
Shake vigorously until very cold.
Strain into prepared coup or martini glass.
