Cuisine French
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate bar
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips, bar
- 4 tbsp butter salted, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup flour
- baking spray with flour
Preheat oven to 400℉.
Generously spray a muffin pan with baking spray with flour. Set aside.
In a small sauce pan melt chocolates. Set aside.
Using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment or a hand mixer, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add in eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition. Pour in pure vanilla extract and beat.
Beat in flour until just combined.
Use a ice cream scoop and fill muffin cups about ¾ way full. (roughly 8-9 cups)
Place the muffin pan in the center of the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. The tops should still slightly jiggle when the pan is lightly shaken. Make sure to not over cook or you will not have oozing chocolate.
Remove from the oven and let stand in the pan for 10 minutes.
Turn out cakes and place on servings plates. Sprinkle on powdered sugar and drizzle chocolate sauce. Add a small scoop of vanilla ice cream and some raspberries.
Serve and enjoy!
