8x12 inch baking dish
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 box corn bread mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Spray baking dish with baking spray with flour.
In a mixing bowl beat eggs, sugar, salt and pure vanilla extract.
Add whole kernel corn, creamed corn, cornbread mix and melted butter and mix until combined.
Spoon mix into the prepared dish.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
