Easy Grasshopper Pie
This Easy Grasshopper Pie can be whipped up in about 10 minutes. It's minty, delicious and perfect for St. Patrick's Day!

Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed Oreos or prepared 9 inch chocolate pie crust
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 4 cups mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 1 1/2 cups cool whip thawed
Instructions
- Crush Oreos, chocolate graham crackers or wafers (2 cups crushed) and add to a mixing bowl.
- Add melted butter and mix together.
- Press into a 9 inch pie plate OR use a prepared chocolate pie crust.
- Spread softened ice cream onto the bottom of the crust.
- Freeze for 3 hours.
- Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Top with cool whip or whipped cream. Add desired toppings.
- Cut into slices, serve and enjoy!
