Easy Grilled Chicken Kabobs

Marinade
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Kabobs
- 2 lbs chicken cubed, 1-inch chunks
- 1 onion vidailla or red
- 2 bell peppers red or yellow
- pineapple cut into 1-inch chunks
Kabobs
Preheat grill to medium high heat 400-450 ℉.
Cut chicken into 1-1 1/2 inch cubes for consistency.
Add chicken to marinade. Mix well to coat.
Cut onion and pineapple into 1-inch chunks.
Cut peppers into 2-inch pieces, remove seeds and pith.
Place a piece of chicken on a skewer, followed by a pepper, onion and finally a pineapple chunk. Continue until 3 pieces of each are on a skewer.
Repeat above until all chicken is used (6 skewers).
Place any left over onion, pepper and pineapple on another skewer.
Grill the kabobs for 5 minutes per side (4 sides) or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 ℉.
Remove the skewers from the grill.
Serve and enjoy!
