Frozen Creamsicle Cocktail
This Frozen Creamsicle Cocktail will take you back to your childhood. Orange and creamy, this frozen cocktail is the perfect drink for a hot summer day.
Equipment
- Blender
- Cocktail glass
Ingredients
- 2 oz whipped vodka
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups ice
- 2 tbsp whipped cream
- 1 slice of orange and zest for garnish
Instructions
- Place a cocktail glass in the freezer for 15 minutes to chill.
- Add ice, orange juice, ice cream and whipped vodka to a blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. The consistency should be thick but pourable.
- Pour into the chilled glass.
- Add whipped cream to the top.
- Garnish with a slice of orange and zest.
- Serve and enjoy!
