Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri Shake
This Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri Shake combines fresh strawberries, rum, sugar, lime juice and vanilla ice cream. A boozy adult shake. Yum!
Equipment
- Blender
- 2 hurricane glasses or cocktail glasses
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 3 ounces white rum Bacardi
- 2 tbsp sugar or simple syrup
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream large scoops
- 2 strawberries for garnish
- whipped cream for the top
Instructions
- Wash and slice strawberries.
- Combine strawberries, ice, white rum, sugar or simple syrup, lime juice, and vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into hurricane glasses or cocktail glasses and garnish with a strawberry.
