- salt and pepper to taste

Remove the husk and silk from the corn.
Set up grill for direct grilling to medium high temp (400℉).
Clean grill grates and brush with oil.
Place the corn over direct heat, then rotate every 2-3 minutes.
Grill for 10-15 minutes until a nice char is developed.
Remove ears from the gril.
Add butter, salt and pepper.
Serve and enjoy!
