Grilled Peach Crisp Sundaes
Grilled Peach Crisp Sundaes are a great ending to your summer BBQs. The grill adds a nice, smokey flavor making this dessert extra delicious!

- 4 cups peaches about 6 peaches
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cups quick oats
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar packed
- 1/4 cup flour + 1 tbsp to mix in with the peaches
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp butter cubed
- 6 waffle bowls
- 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Wash, pit and cut peaches in half.
Place peach flesh side down on the grill for 4 mintues.
Remove and let cool for 5 minutes.
Cut the peaches into 1/4 inch slices. If desired remove the skin prior to cutting by using your fingers to remove the skin.
Place peach slices into a bowl. Add granulated sugar, 1 tbsp flour and vanilla. Gently mix together. Pour mixture into a skillet.
In a large microwaveable bowl, add quick oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and butter cubed. Microwave for 2 minutes until butter is mostly melted. Mix until combined.
Sprinkle mixture over the top of the peaches.
Place skillet on the grill. Grill for 15 minutes until fruit is bubbly and topping golden brown.
Remove from the grill and let cool for about 15 mintues.
Scoop out peach crisp into waffle bowls. Top with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Serve warm and enjoy!
