Jack Frost Cocktail

  • Cocktail glass

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz blue curaçao
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 2 oz cream of coconut
  • 1 cup ice crushed
  • simple syrup, honey or corn syrup to rim the glass
  • shredded coconut to rim the glass

Instructions
 

  • Dip the rim of a cocktail glass into simple syrup, honey or corn syrup and then dip into shredded coconut. Press coconut gently to ensure it sticks to the glass.
  • Add rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and ice to the blender.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is thick and frosty.
  • Carefully pour the cocktail into your coconut-rimmed glass.
  • Serve immediately.
