Jack Frost Cocktail
Transport yourself to the tropics with this Jack Frost Cocktail. A delicious tropical drink that will even warm up Jack's heart!

- Blender
- Cocktail glass
Ingredients
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz blue curaçao
- 2 oz white rum
- 2 oz cream of coconut
- 1 cup ice crushed
- simple syrup, honey or corn syrup to rim the glass
- shredded coconut to rim the glass
Instructions
- Dip the rim of a cocktail glass into simple syrup, honey or corn syrup and then dip into shredded coconut. Press coconut gently to ensure it sticks to the glass.
- Add rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and ice to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is thick and frosty.
- Carefully pour the cocktail into your coconut-rimmed glass.
- Serve immediately.
