Mini Cinnamon Rolls

Save time making these Mini Cinnamon Rolls by using Pillsbury pie crust. Tiny, easy and tasty little bites topped with delicious frosting! Yum!

Equipment

  • Silicone Brush
  • Mixing bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 store bought pie crust Pillsbury
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp butter melted

Frosting

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter softened
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Thaw pie crust according to package directions.
  • Preheat oven to 400℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Unroll pie crust. Melt butter. Brush butter on pie crust using a silicone brush. Coat evenly.
  • In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the buttered crust.
  • Roll pie crust tightly into a log. Pinch the ends, and cut into 1-inch pieces. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 9-12 minutes, or until the mini cinnamon rolls are golden brown and slightly crisp on the edges.
  • Remove from the oven and place rolls on a wire rack to cool slightly.

Frosting

  • In a small bowl, mix together powdered sugar, butter, milk and vanilla.
  • Spoon ½ tsp of frosting on the top of each roll.
  • Serve and enjoy!
