Mini Cinnamon Rolls

- 1 store bought pie crust Pillsbury
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp butter melted
Frosting
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp butter softened
- 1 tbsp milk
- ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
Thaw pie crust according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 400℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll pie crust. Melt butter. Brush butter on pie crust using a silicone brush. Coat evenly.
In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the buttered crust.
Roll pie crust tightly into a log. Pinch the ends, and cut into 1-inch pieces. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 9-12 minutes, or until the mini cinnamon rolls are golden brown and slightly crisp on the edges.
Remove from the oven and place rolls on a wire rack to cool slightly.
Frosting
In a small bowl, mix together powdered sugar, butter, milk and vanilla.
Spoon ½ tsp of frosting on the top of each roll.
Serve and enjoy!
