Pumpkin Pie Bites

Transform the traditional pumpkin pie into these bite sized gems. These Pumpkin Pie Bites are easy to make and even easier to eat!

Equipment

  • cookie cutters round, square
  • small spatula or knife

Ingredients
  

  • 1 9-inch store bought or homemade pumpkin pie chilled
  • 1 can whipped cream
  • powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar, cloves to sprinkle on top

Instructions
 

  • Chill pumpkin pie for 1-2 hours.
  • Use a round or square cookie cutter to cut out mini pumpkin pie bites.
  • Use a small knife or spatula to help release it from the cutter if neeeded.
  • Sprinkle on powdered sugar, cinnamon-sugar, cloves or a drizzle of caramel sauce.
  • Top with whipped cream.
  • Place on a serving platter and add to a dessert table or place on individual dishes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
