Ingredients
Bellini
- 2 oz peach puree chilled
- 3 oz Prosecco chilled, to top
Peach Puree (Makes enough for 4 cocktails)
- 2 peaches pit removed and cut into chunks
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
Instructions
Peach Puree
- Pit peaches and cut into chunks.
- Add peaches, simple syrup, ice cubes and lemon juice to blender.
- Blend on high until thoroughly blended, about 1 minute.
Refreshing Bellini Cocktail
- Add peach puree to a champagne flute.
- Top with Prosecco and gently stir.
- Garnish with peach slice.
- Serve and enjoy!
