Root Beer Float Pie
This no-bake Root Beer Float Pie is perfect when you need a quick and easy desert. It's creamy, rich and delicious and tastes just like a root beer float!

- 9-inch graham cracker crust pre-made
- 3/4 cup root beer chilled
- 2 tbsp root beer extract if it's hard to find you can leave it out
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 oz
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8oz whipped topping
- whipped cream and maraschino cherries to top
In a large mixing bowl, beat together root beer, extracts, pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes.
Add in whipped topping and mix until combined.
Spread mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Cut into slices. Add whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
Serve and enjoy!
