Root Beer Float Pie

This no-bake Root Beer Float Pie is perfect when you need a quick and easy desert. It's creamy, rich and delicious and tastes just like a root beer float!

Ingredients
  

  • 9-inch graham cracker crust pre-made
  • 3/4 cup root beer chilled
  • 2 tbsp root beer extract if it's hard to find you can leave it out
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 oz
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8oz whipped topping
  • whipped cream and maraschino cherries to top

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together root beer, extracts, pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes.
  • Add in whipped topping and mix until combined.
  • Spread mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Cut into slices. Add whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
  • Serve and enjoy!
