S'mores Martini
This S'mores Martini is a delicious, boozy spin on the classic treat. Adults only! Be careful it goes down way too easy! S'mores please!

- Cocktail Shaker
- Martini Glass
Ingredients
Rimming/Decorating the Martini Glass
- marshmallow fluff
- graham cracker crumbs
- chocolate shell topping Hershey's
S'mores Martini
- 2 oz white chocolate liqueur Godiva
- 2 oz creme de cacao
- 1 oz vanilla vodka
- 1 oz whipped cream vodka
- 1 tsp chocolate syrup Hershey's
For Garnish
- 2-3 roasted marshmallows
Instructions
Rimming/Decorating the Martini Glass
- Place a teaspoon of marshmallow fluff in a shallow dish. Dip the rim in the marshmallow fluff rotating the glass.
- In another shallow dish, add a layer of graham cracker crumbs. Dip the rim in the crumbs making sure to coat the entire rim.
- Place the martini glass into the freezer for about 3 minutes.
- Take the chocolate shell topping and drizzle on the inside of the glass as desired.
S'mores Martini
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add white chocolate liqueur, creme de cacao, vanilla vodka, whipped cream vodka and chocolate syrup.
- Shake vigorously until very cold. Strain into the prepared martini glass.
For Garnish
- Roast or use a torch to toast the marshmallows. Place on a wooden skewer and lay over the top of the prepared glass.
