fresh, ripe mangoes
peeled and cubed

cream of coconut

mango juice

fresh squeezed lime juice

ice

white rum
Instructions
Peel the mangoes and remove the pit. Cut the mango flesh into small chunks.
In a blender add mangoes, cream of coconut, mango juice, fresh squeezed lime juice, ice and rum.
Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps or chunks remaining.
Pour into a glass and garnish with a lime wheel, mango or pineapple wedge.
Serve and enjoy!
